COURSE CONTENT

The course covers a period of 12 months, divided into 6 modules of 6 weekend workshops, plus a two day examination and is supported with correspondence study. Group Instruction Tutor to Student ratio is 1:10

• History of Reflexology
• Anatomy & physiology - Digestive & endocrine systems, eye, ear, nose, throat & sinuses
• A study of respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, urinary and reproductive systems. Theory & practice
• Study of central nervous system, skeletal & muscular systems
• Disease, specific disorders, drug reactions, areas of assistance
• Hand Reflexology
• Professional treatments
• Counselling & communication workshop

• Role plays
• Case studies
• Nutritional workshop
• Practical assessments of abilities

Students attending our course leave with a qualification they can use with confidence and build a professional practice. Not only is the practical and theoretical study of reflexology of a high standard, but a thorough study of Anatomy and Physiology is undertaken which we believe is essential when dealing with medical conditions.

Katarina Tilley is the School’s Tutor, she has a wealth of experience not only in reflexology but also in Nutrition and general well being. She treats each student as an individual and does her utmost to provide support for students at every level.

FEES

1. £1350.00 payable in advance.
2. A deposit of £300.00 and the balance payable in 10 once monthly installments of £110.00.

HISTORY

The British School of Reflexology was founded in 1982 by Ann Gillanders; she and the whole team have a wealth of information to impart. Ann Gillanders' daughter - Clare Wood, is the Principal of the British School of Reflexology in Harlow Essex, and we are pleased to announce that Ann Gillanders is present as a lecturer at most of the training modules on these courses.

We have two intakes per year, one in the Spring and another in the Autumn.

The external examining body is the International Examination Board.
